Coach Adria has always had an interest in health and wellness. Before she began CrossFit she had been dancing for 8 years and taught ballet for 3 years. Adria can gladly thank her sister for the introduction into CrossFit. She had no clue what she was getting into, but knew she would love it. Coach Adria began her CrossFit journey at CrossFit Warrenton. She coached there for 2 years while  going to school to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. While getting more into the health world she knew she had walk the walk in order to help others make healthy lifestyle choices. So needless to say she never looked back and truly couldn't be happier. Adria will be an extremely valuable coach at CrossFit Rappahannock. We look forward to her helping everyone reach their personal goals.

Amber Hildebrand /  Coach

As an athlete in high school Amber Hildebrand played volleyball but didn't discover the many benefits of weight training until after college. Upon leaving the full-time workforce as a book publicist to raise a family she became more interested in weightlifting and nutrition. She briefly worked at the YMCA as a group fitness instructor before moving to Alabama in 2012. It was then that she walked in to her first Crossfit class. Crossfit was an easy transition and she loved the group fitness atmosphere paired with learning and improving upon new skills. In 2013 Amber completed her Crossfit L1 Certification and began coaching at Crossfit Montgomery in Alabama. Amber believes that a strong functional body and a mindset for exercise and nutrition are key to her lifestyle and are extremely important to teach to her children as they grow.
