Types of CrossFit Classes:
Daily Classes: Strength and workout of the day performed in a group setting.
Open Gym: Time for you to come in and make up a wod for work on strength or weaknesses.
Yoga: Coupling Yoga and CrossFit to improve: Flexibility, Respiration & Breath Awareness, Balance, Body Awareness, Peace of Mind, Agility, Injury Prevention, and Alignment.
Fundamentals: All new athletes to CrossFit are required to participate in 3 Private one-on-one sessions to learn the fundamental movements in our programming. These are based on the athletes schedule. The one time fee is $125.00
